First things first: I think LOFFICE is pretty much one of the coolest coworking concepts, spaces, and communities – all-in-one. If I were to grade the business, it would definitely get an A+ in the categories concept execution, fun factor, positive vibe, eco friendliness, location, community spirit, and the list could just go on.
I have seen a lot of coworking offices, but the concept of LOFFICE in Budapest and Vienna beats them all – by far. Founded by two sisters Panni & Kata Klementz, LOFFICE is managed by an enthusiastic team, who understands the Zeitgeist that work is not only work, and fun is not only fun, but you can combine both and attract many people from different backgrounds – from teachers and creatives, to IT experts and marketing freaks, etc. and it will be beneficial to everyone. LOFFICE also offers its spaces to artists to exhibit their works and they are perfect for different events, such as presentations, get-togethers, etc.
LOFFICE’s first office was opened in 2009 in the Paulay Ede street in Budapest. Now it is also present at three other top locations in the city (Sas street, Kiraly street and Salétrom street) and with one office in Vienna (in the Schottenfeldgasse), too. All offices have different styles and sizes, but the coolness factor links them all together to one company. Coworking spaces are equipped with the latest technology and they cover their energy needs from renewable resources. LOFFICE was a pioneer in Hungary with its concept execution and the founders, Kata & Panni Klementz were awared with the ‘Young Entrepreneurs Of The Year’ prize in 2010 and with the ‘Green Office Of The Year’ prize in 2011.
LOFFICE’s mission is to help and support small and mid-sized companies by providing flexible and attractive service packages as well as a stimulating environment, where businesses can take off and thrive successfully. Depending on the nature of businesses and the needs of entrepreneurs, there are working stations, offices, exhibition areas, exciting spaces for cultural events, business workshops and presentations to choose from as well as a wide range of business services. Individual work stations in open spaces, separated meeting or event rooms, all offered on a time incurred basis, tailored to individual needs. You will only pay for what you use, rather than overspending and keeping up permanent office spaces. LOFFICE coworking spaces are appreciated by locals as well as they stand high among expats, too.
Beside all the aforementioned ‘hard factors’, I think positive vibe, energy and the community spirit is really what makes LOFFICE stand out. As the saying goes – you’ll never get a second chance to make a first impression – it is also valid for businesses. A place like LOFFICE will certainly leave a permanent, positive impression with your business partners and at the same time it also serves as a home base for your virtual office, where you can get inspired and exchange thoughts & ideas with like-minded people.
